My name is Joanne Mulligan and I am the founder of Living Proof Strength and Nutrition. I am a certified personal trainer, certified by Westside Barbell and a Physician Assistant.
I am a professional Strongwoman competitor with 12+ years of weight training. The last 7 years I have been in Strongman training.
I have multiple state records in the deadlift and axle press in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I am also a full time Certified Physician Assistant.
I have experience with strength training, including: Powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Strongman as well as nutrition and water cuts for men or women of any and all levels of experience.
I have also transformed myself from an overweight, sedentary lifestyle to a professional athlete and, it didn’t happen overnight..
I received my Strongwoman Pro card in 2021 with Strongman Corporation where I placed 2nd in America’s Strongest Woman.
I have also competed in the Official Strongman Games and placed 8th in the world in 2021. I placed 4th in United States Strongman Pro Woman World’s in 2019.
